En sak vi verkligen hade sett fram emot att göra, var att laga mat tillsammans med Italienare. Igår blev det en rejäl uppvisning i det italienska köket:

Bruschetter med tomat
Auberginesnittar med ost och tomatfyllning
Friterad Squash
Mozzarella med två sorters parmaskinka
Spaghetti med Tomat&Musselsås
Jordgubbar med grädde
Egengjord tiramisu
Marina var en förträfflig kock och kökschef, och Roberta, Veronica, Miguel och Vi hängde med i svängarna så gott vi kunde, som inte riktigt lika vana kockar… : )
Efter maten, och hela natten har jag varit så mätt, att jag vaknat flera gånger, enbart av mättnadskänslan. Jag ser med stort intresse fram emot att väga mig när jag kommer hem, för den här resan har verkligen stavats mat.
